Craft & Execution — 10 Points.
We review the beer as beer: appearance, aroma, mouthfeel, flavor balance, style expectation, and finish.

Gluten-Free Standard & Innovation — 10 Points.
We look at ingredient transparency, label clarity, gluten-free claims, testing info, cross-contact awareness, and whether it moves GF brewing forward.
